In 2016, somewhere between the quiet hills of Sullivan County and the deep need to create something that was fully, completely mine, I melted my first batch of wax. I didn't know then that I was building a brand. I just knew the act of pouring felt like prayer — slow, intentional, and full of purpose.
My name is Linda Sofia Ortiz. I am a Puerto Rican woman, a Nana, and the sole maker behind every single product that leaves this studio. There is no team. There is no warehouse. There are my hands, my kitchen, my craft, and a whole lot of love poured into small batches made one at a time.
Why candles? Because light has always been the thing that changes a room without moving a single piece of furniture. Because fragrance is memory before it's anything else. Because I believe your home deserves to feel like a sanctuary — and I believe I know how to help it get there.
