At Jenire Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Sale, clearance, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Process:

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at jeniredesigns@gmail.com.
