Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy – Jenire Designs

At Jenire Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Process:

  1. Contact us at jeniredesigns@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at jeniredesigns@gmail.com.
