2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • FREE Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders.

  • Typical delivery takes 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location and the carrier.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Delays & Issues

  • Jenire Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or natural events.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


6. Damages & Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items.

  • We will gladly send a replacement or offer a store credit depending on the situation.
