SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for shopping with Jenire Designs. Each order is handmade and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.


PROCESSING TIMES


Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During holidays, sales, craft fairs, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Orders are processed in the order they are received.


SHIPPING TIMES


Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


Jenire Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


Jenire Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.


If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


DAMAGED ITEMS


We carefully package all orders; however, damage may occasionally occur during transit.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging


Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.


WARM WEATHER DISCLAIMER


Soy wax is sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during warmer months. Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery.


Jenire Designs is not responsible for melting or heat damage caused by packages left outside or exposed to high temperatures after delivery.


CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS


Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time. Estimated completion times will be communicated before shipment.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.


Jenire Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
